Crazy Raven And Grill - West Van Canada

We were in cypress to go on the coaster for my girlfriend birthday. We decided to have a bite to eat while we were there. Probably the worst service we experienced in a long time. We did get our drinks right away, but had to ask someone to take our order. Then we had to ask for the bill. Our dirty dishes sat in front of us the whole time. We were never asked how our meal was or if we wanted another drink or dessert. Food was good though.

This was my first time in what I consider the new area of Cypress. Great spaces to eat, drink be in the sun, and enjoy the views. I don't have very specific feedback on Crazy Raven yet, but it's a place with good vibes.

Convenient location for the mountain coaster with plenty of seating inside and out. We were seated quickly but it took a while to actually order. I went for the mac and cheese which I would assume is hard to mess up but boy was I wrong. Not only did it it take an eternity for our food to come when it finally arrived my food was luke warm at best and tasted like cheap boxed mac and cheese mixed with spay cheese. I doubt any actual cheese had been anywhere near my food. It also had a terrible after taste to the point where after a few bites I started to feel nauseous. I couldn’t finish more than a quarter. In short, the worst mac and cheese I’ve ever had!! All the other food my group got was fine but still not great for the price. I would highly recommend bringing your own food and eating it in the picnic area or in your car and avoid this place. The actual coaster was really fun so it was worth coming for that!

Not bad in general, the food is fine but classically overpriced as you'd expect from the location. The reason for the 1 star is because it took over an hour between asking for the bill and actually being able to leave. We were part of a large group, but they failed to split the bill when we ordered, then had issues splitting it at the end. We had to inform the staff member multiple times of our order. While he was very apologetic he did nothing about it, happily keeping the 18% autograt.Don't go as a group, and remember to scrub the autograt, you don't have to pay it.

Absolutely the worst ever food I have ever been served. Macaroni was disgusting. Dried rubbish. 15 dollars down the drain.
