Mi Niño Mexican - West Valley City

We bought carnitas to go. We've been buying here for a while now and the quality of the carnotas has decreased. While they arw tasty, the texture is not what you'd expect. Beyond being greasy, as carnitas are, they are watery which they should not be. In addition, the order of carnitas does not include any of the staples that should be included like tortillas, salsa or other sides. This will probably be our last time buying from here.

We ordered the #4 combo. We loved all of it. It gave two of us 3-4 meals each, and we are big eaters. The carnitas and tortillas were unbelievably good! We can't wait to come back!

I order their carnitas almost every year for my son's birthday party. The food quality stays consistent and it's always super easy to call in a large order.

Total legit carnitas. I remember going down to Rosarito and the carnitas restaurant would just ask you how many and then the food would come out. They really have captured the essence of the experience. The pig is just so succulent and rich and everything you can get with it is too. Great salsa. Nice and spicy. And very fast. I was in, ordered and back in my car in 5 minutes.

I have tried several places across Utah and in other states (not California), but these carnitas are soooo GOOD! Highly recommend this place. Must show up early as they sell out before closing especially on the weekend. This place is so good that all they sell is carnitas, so if you are in search of the best carnitas in Utah, this is the place!!!!
