I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant when I ordered the new bacon ranch smokehouse burger with large curly fries. The order cost $12.00, but I had to wait for about twenty-five minutes at the drive-thru window. Even after waiting for so long, my food never came so they asked me to pull around and wait for another ten minutes. Finally, I decided to go inside and inquire about the delay, only to be told that they were not even making my order.
The sandwich I ordered was assembled messily, with more cheese on the outside than the inside. Despite this, it still tasted good.
The restaurant does not have a sauce selection area and does not accept Google Pay. When I went to the drive-thru, the woman working there told me to come inside because my order was not ready. When I asked why I needed to come in, she rudely told me to stay in the drive-thru and they would bring the order out when it was ready. I was shocked by her attitude and behavior, especially coming from a manager named Julie. I expect professionalism when I spend my hard-earned money at a restaurant. My order was also delayed by 10 minutes, which felt like a punishment. I will never visit this Arby's again and will make sure to tell my friends about my experience. This was my second bad experience at this location, but this one was the worst.
The restaurant was crowded, and the employee at the drive-thru had a fantastic attitude. The food was both fresh and tasty.
