Snappy Tomato Pizza - West Union

We waited an hour for our pizza delivery, and it was cold when we finally drove into town to pick it up. The service was poor, with a rating of 1 out of 5. The atmosphere also received a rating of 1 out of 5. The meal type was delivery, and the price per person was $30-50. The food received a rating of 3 out of 5.

My only issue with this restaurant is their hours of operation. It was advertised that they close at 11:00 PM on Fridays, but when I tried calling at 10:02 PM and continued calling until 10:45 PM, no one answered. I even drove 20 minutes to the restaurant, but still could not place an order as no one was available to assist. I called repeatedly and pulled into the store to check if they were busy, but they were not. I ended up making a wasted trip from Mount and lynx to West Union. If they plan to close earlier than 11:00 PM on Fridays, they should update their hours on their website. Despite this issue, I enjoy their food and have respect for the owner, but consistency with operating hours is crucial in the restaurant industry.

This restaurant in West Union has the best pizza! We ordered a takeout for dinner and were extremely pleased with the food. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. We would highly recommend this place.
