Dales Burgers - West Tawakoni

This place is really simple and clean. Came here for my first time today and loved it. Got the dinner portion of the cat fish with green beans and pinto beans. The employees are super sweet and ready to take orders for the delicious food.

Dales is a good hamburger joint. Nothing fancy, but definitely a good burger. We have been here so many times I cannot count, and we just found out about them in June!! Fries are crinkle fries, love that. We usually order to go, they have never messed up an order, which is a miracle these days . The staff is friendly, and they always have a smile on their faces!

Won't be going back to dales any longer! Ordered the $10 jalapeño burger and they served it to me with ground beef chopped up and used pickled jalapeños instead of fresh. As if the cook didn't know what ingredients to use!! So waitress had them add jalapeño on burger but came back with all lettuce and my ground beef in small chunks and it was suppose to be 1/2 lb of beef...I was lucky to get 1/8th of meat! Ugh I'm so mad!!! All she had to do was get me a side of fresh jalapeños instead of demolishing this $10 burger. So dissatisfying and disappointing!!! Plus $2.50 salad consist of lettuce and 3 tomatoes in a small peanut bowl! Who serves that??

Lookout Whataburger, Dale's is pretty delish! Stopped in here yesterday as I was passing thru town. I got a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. The cheeseburger was wrapped up in paper just like the old days. It definitely seemed to be a fresh burger patty (not a perfectly round frozen puck) with a great flavor. The fries were crinkle cut, which isn't my favorite, but they were hot and crispy so still get a great vote. I would definitely recommend driving the extra 5 minutes out of town to get one of their burgers like all the locals. Don't be expecting anything fancy like, just come, order your food, and enjoy it. I would like to try some of their other offerings if I was in town again!
