Panda Express - West St Paul

Service was before place. the lady service and cash are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this. the best service I have received from a Panda Express in a very long time. that was excellent? thanks for their service today.

This location had been a 5-star one for me in the past, but my most recent experience was pretty lousy. A long line waiting outside 10 minutes after their stated opening hours, with plenty of staff waiting inside. Manager was unapologetic and focused on what seemed to be personal phone conversations rather than helping the customers standing in front of her. Food was below the Panda Express average, especially compared to what you usually get when it's fresh.

Walked in at 7:55pm and half of their food selections were gone and they were cleaning.The cashier ignored requests.The white girl with glasses had a very rushed and disrespectful demeanor.It's an ENTIRE HOUR before close. Why is all the food gone and employees kicking folks out.

We're pretty much closed up with the sign off 30 minutes before close. Had about 5 food items left when we walked in and the wife was pretty disappointed.

Panda express place i’ve ever been to. place ca. 9 o'clock, but we have about 8:05 there and the workers have already washed the kitchens/grills and literally had 6-7 dishes available. not even enough for maybe 4 people. they had neither their oranges, nor fried rice. How can you close 1 hour early and get rid of the management only because it was a Friday? Three people went out with us.
