Mcdonald's - West Springfield

If this store can't handle that drive up then shut it down. The wait there is ridiculous and then they tell you exact change only when you finally get to order. They need to put a sign stating exact change on the first two item list sign so our time isn't wasted.

Give me back that filet fish commercials, please! I love this McDonald’s location. Open 24hrs so perfect for that late night French fry or milkshake/fudge Sunday craving. Long time standing location.

I have to say, McDonald's has really improved. They now offer customizable food options and great drink specials with rewards through their app. It seems like they treat their employees well. I'm definitely loving it!

The McDonald's at this location cannot compare to the one at the north end. The service is terrible, with rude and unfriendly employees. We waited for 20 minutes before finally deciding to leave. To make matters worse, even though McDonald's opens at 5 a.m., the bathroom is not accessible until 9 a.m. Isn't that ridiculous? Since I don't have a way to get to another location, I am stuck with the disappointing north end McDonald's. On the other hand, I really enjoy the McDonald's in West Springfield. The coffee is excellent, the service is outstanding, the bathrooms are clean and accessible, and the staff is friendly and always smiling.

I always enjoy having lunch at this restaurant three times a week. I highly recommend it!
