Tim Hortons - West Seneca

Luckily they do not have tip option. I really hope they do not put tip option like other dumb places such a Starbucks. Employee needs no tip for coffee house.

Great place for coffee, donuts, breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

The only issue I have is that Tim hortons on orchard Park rd In west seneca closes early all the time before the posted store hours say. 2 times I've been told I couldn't order any food or donuts(timbits)

This was at one time one of the better locations, not too long ago. Well now, it's going downhill fast. They place the workers who can't speak or understand the English language well enough as the drive thru order takers. Also, they are constantly out of many items.

The crew here is great. The line moves quickly and everyone is respectful. I just want to give a special shout out to Joy because she is so lovely and makes my mornings!
