Visit from the city and saw maps for an ice cream salon that had character and great reviews. We drove about 9 miles to Charlaps, but the ride was easy, parking was easy, and the ice was totally worth it. I fell in love with the cherry ice cream. The peach was good, but different. Prices are reasonable for what you get. It's a must. I just wish I lived closer so I could go more often!

Love the varieties ice cream, milk shakes and chocolate... Best place to have some cool ice in summer.

Their homemade whipped cream is absolutely divine. One of my personal favorites is the chocolate marshmallow topped with it.
