Subway - West Seneca

The restaurant is clean with friendly staff, but ultimately, it’s just a Subway.

Subway has recently introduced a new menu, featuring familiar items like the BMT, steak, Italian, and club sandwiches. While some may argue that it's not truly a new menu, as customers could previously customize their sandwiches with various meats, the new menu now offers pre-selected combinations. Despite these changes, Subway's menu still includes a variety of bread, cold cuts, cheese, and toppings to choose from. Some may critique the bread as being too soft, while others find it just right. Personally, I appreciate the decision to cut the bread in a V-shape and wrap it with a fiber band to keep it together. Overall, Subway continues to offer a decent sandwich option with the ability to customize to personal preference. I have been a Subway customer since 1973 and I am pleased with the options available. I would rate it a 4 out of 5. Thank you, Subway.

Zero stars. would not honor good and sarcastic told me that I have been working a nice day several times when I left the load! started, an order online from parking lot and good ticket! sent email to the customer service, in the hope that I will hear again.

Haven't been to Subway in sometime now. Visited a few days ago..I'M BACK! GREAT SUB. 5-STARS.
