I wait the rest of the time and see that they are a big pan (I keep waiting), during the next ten minutes, I see they serve from 3 noodle help, I give them only a few minutes (the people are busy). it was not until I went in and told them that they finally decided to complete the order. I tell them that I have watched these boxes on the tresor for over twenty minutes and I want to feed all fresh, the guy refuses and force me to ask for a refund. if I had got less than 1 star, I could have done that.
Portions are super small. they have the half of what the actual should be part of.
3 workers all prepping food for the journey through, while inside must wait over 10 minutes just to order.
Picked up order and realized it was incorrect. I called and the woman “Jenny J” told me to return with food. Which in itself is against health code. She took food back. And gave me what I ordered. Not only was order incorrect but the boxes were only about 3/4 full. Thats just bad business.
It can go either direction here some times its exellent sometimes it not. Definatly dont go between 8and 9P.m before theey close nothing is fresh employees are irritated food cold or rubbery. I only go if I get off work early to avoid going right before they close because I already know it will be a bad expiefrience I would like to go there more offten but I just dont get off early enuff to avoid the last hour they are open burn out they get
