When I checked the bag in the parking lot, I noticed I was missing one side, so I went back and got a replacement without any problems. However, when I got home, I discovered I only received one chicken breast instead of the two I ordered. My order was clearly stated online in a simple format showing my entire order. I’m giving it two stars only because the food I did receive was good. Additionally, their phone greeting is just, "Hello, please leave a message," without even mentioning the business name. I won’t be returning.
Walked in two employees totally making out on dining table, did not even acknowledge me, random tweaker lady talking to herself at a table wearing KFC uniform, she was so out of it there is no way she could possibly be working there but she actually was, Idined in, while I was there 7 customers came in and all 8 of our orders were messed up. One guy ordered something and bit intoit and it was still frozen, when he asked for another one they said they would heat it up but that's it, he then demanded hismoney back which turned into the most ghetto confrontation from a cashier I have ever experienced. Wth, I feel like I need topersonally alert the owner.
My boyfriend and I decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The service was mediocre. When our order arrived, we were given only one napkin each, and there were no condiments, straws, salt, or pepper provided. The restaurant was also not very clean—every table showed signs of previous diners. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly when we placed our order. However, would I go back? Definitely not.
My experience today was pleasant. I went through the drive-thru, and everything went smoothly without any issues. The lady at the window was generous with the honey butter for our biscuits. However, for the $25.99 dinner we ordered, eight pieces might be sufficient for a small family, but I believe we’ll need the larger 12-piece option next time. Overall, it was a good visit. Thank you!
Had a doordash delivery and they made us wait 30 mins outside and then closed dining room and then went drive through and told us it?s been picked up and then they double checked and it was not, made us wait another 10 mins
