Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the best place to enjoy Chipotle! We live just two minutes away, so it's super convenient. Before this, we had to travel all the way to IKEA, which was quite a trek. Now, we visit twice a week! Occasionally, they run out of items, which can be frustrating, but unfortunately, that seems to be the norm these days.

I am a regular at chipotle. I always go to this one and I don?t have many complaints. I go pretty often so I am bound to run into some average or below average orders, but I don?t pay no mind to it because I know that usually, when I go there I am satisfied. Sometimes I have run into food that wasn?t as warm as I would have hoped, or sometimes the workers don?t put nearly as much food as I would?ve hoped for and charge extra when I ask for more, which is why I took a couple of stars off, but ill definitely be returning for some quick healthy food

Food was really good, the portions are understandable for the most part, can't be serving five scoops of meat because of the long lines. I feel like most of the time it's the customers that are rude to the workers, I see it every time I come here to eat. if i could rate the customers themselves i'd give a 1 star because some of them yell at the employees that are just trying to do their job. i honestly feel so bad for the workers :

I ordered food from this restaurant for the first time and opted for online ordering, which was much more convenient than going inside. Unfortunately, when I got home, the burrito was extremely spicy. My son couldn't even eat it. I only added pico de gallo, which is mild, but the side of bell peppers and onions was incredibly spicy! When I opened the burrito to remove the chicken for him, I was shocked to find only about 10 small pieces of chicken in the entire thing. Honestly, I could buy a single chicken thigh and have more meat than what was in this burrito. It was very disappointing, as it felt like we were just paying for rice and beans. We won't be returning.

Since this Chipotle opened, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The steak has too much fat, and they frequently run out of ingredients because the lazy employees just don’t seem to want to restock. It's incredibly frustrating. Chipotle should either close this location or consider firing the staff and starting fresh with new hires.
