We were missing TWO orders of Tender Tuesdays and the fries weren't even lukewarm. It wasn't worth the drive back so we are out our money and two meals.
The food was disgraceful. All the cooked food was cold. Chicken chewy. Veggies were old. Got the wrong burger then we ordered. Didn’t even get everything we ordered and yes we did say something and they said they would be right back and never came back. Didn’t get all the sauces we asked for. Waited 10 minutes to order. Took at least 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. No wonder they are closing this location down. They need major help. Will never return to any location.
Called in an order and told the girl my name 2 times on the phone and they still got my name wrong. I got there15 minutes later than the time they gave me to give them extra time. I got there and told her my name and the girl said my order wasnt ready yet. I waited for almost 10 minutes and she came to me again and asked me for my name again and then she finally realized she wrote down the wrong name. I got my food home and half my chicken was burnt and my mac cheese bites were so burnt that they were uneatable. The customer service at West Richland location sucks and I won't go back to that location!
The Cajey Cajun was on point. 3 slices cajun seasoned grilled chicken. It's not too spicy, just enough to know that it's cajun. The co-worker ordered the chicken tenders and said that they were good.
Best chicken wings made to order. Great selection of sauce. Seasoned fries. Never had a bad order there. Family and down to earth ambience with friendly service with a smile.
