Great coffee, friendly staff great food I had joe's scramble with Crispy browned hash browns ,they used pork breakfast sausage instead of hamburger at my request, no extra charge, this is my new breakfast place in west richland

Henry's has the best breakfast as well as lunch... very good prices.... always have a great experience every time I go there for an meal

The Easter Ham dinner that we ordered and took home for our family was excellent! Its enough food for our family of 5 to have at least 2 meals from, maybe even more. And best of all, I didnt have to cook!!! Thank you!

I 'd like to say: The manager who has been with the company for 27 years, is the biggest sweetheart. She made us want to return. First impressions: Your veterans sign put a smile on my husbands face as we pulled in. The area was clean and we were welcomed with a warm smile at the door. My husband talked about having a medium or medium rare burger and asked if it was possible. Extra effort was taken by the manager and she confirmed YES! We can do that! My French toast, eggs and sausage were delicious. I was impressed by the freshly made sausages patties, they really made the meal! However, the sausage links for my sons meal were so overcooked that he couldn 't even chew them. Server returned with new links, however they were in the same state as the first ones. The kids LOVED their Minnie/Mickey pancakes! Something so small but it made them giggle. When my husbands burger came, it was cooked well done, but he did say it has GREAT flavor (food critic) so he wasn 't going to send it back. When management stoped by, she was bummed that we didn 't tell her sooner. She sent us on our way with a piece of carrot cake and cookies on the house OVERALL: We enjoyed the cafe and we plan to come back for a second try! We would recommend a few things to become a better cafe and retain our business (make it a 5 star). Don 't microwave or overcook the sausage. Military discount on the whole breakfast, not just the soldier. 10% is typically just the taxes, but it makes the difference and will get whole families coming back instead of just the soldier. Make sure the meats are cooked to what was requested. Any other day, he would have sent the burger back. But we always say if you have time to do it right the second time, you have time to do it right the first time The server was asked a few times for water, ranch, etc... but didn 't come back to our table with any of it (gal had dark black hair). However, the manager would be doing laps and when she asked us, we let her know and she came immediately. Don 't get us wrong, we loved the sense of community and homey feeling, but to keep us coming back. The food has to be right! Thanks!
