Mcdonald's - West Point

Same old same old poor customer service. Ice cream machine never working, now drink machine barely works. Just cook your own cheeseburger at home. It'll taste much better.

This was the 3rd McDonald's we tried to stop at to eat why to eat while driving home from a trip. Even though we did actually get food from this location occasion the order was incorrect and the quality was subpar to say the least

I came in a coach bus door says dining 24. But only drive thru open so we went to HARDEE'S

Rung me up for extra orders which I didn't order but they apologize and refunded me my money

This restaurant is the most beautiful place I have ever visited. However, upon entering the bathroom, it was clear that they had not been cleaned in a long time. Additionally, instead of being on a roll, the toilet paper was simply placed on the floor. The unpleasant smell of waste and old food made me feel sick, and after noticing the amount of trash and flies in the restaurant, I decided to leave without ordering. It was obvious that the place was neglected and not properly cleaned. I wasn't the only one who felt this way, as several other customers also left due to the terrible smell. I would not recommend eating here.
