Hardee’s - West Point

I walked in and the place was a disaster. The dining room floor was covered with trash and food, half the tables needed to be wiped down. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Ok so the food was ok 40$ for four people is so so, I wanna note the dinning area looked clean but somewhat alittle dusty , the workers are freindly but becuase the kitchen is open to the dinning room you can hear everyone yelling/loud at one another , the major downside of the place is the bathroom is nasty management please have it renovated I will say I seen someone working on the exterior of the building/contractor so that 's nice shows upkeep is in progress

Went to work without lunch because they didn't get my order right. Really should just lock the doors after breakfast. Not the first time.

I went to this location today. My wife asked for a wet towel to clean the table. They handed her a napkin after saying they didn’t have anything to clean the table. They were all dirty. The staff were so serious , no smiles, just frowns. We arrived at 11:50am and saw a sign on the marquee that said breakfast served until noon. We asked for a bacon and cheese and she said they were out. The owner or management doesn’t seem to care to train their staff in hospitality and customer service skills, which are seriously lacking here.

This was the nastiest Hardees I have ever been in. Had I looked around first I would have never ordered. The employees were rude, there was food and trash all over the floor where they prep. Trash and spilled drinks all over the condiment area, over flowing trash cans, filthy floor, and windows and doors. Now to the employees, one cashier stood with her back to the food holding station, which had unwrapped biscuits, and her hair has hanging on the biscuits. No one was wearing a hair net. They barely spoke to the customers. Ok, now the food. we ordered 2 Famous star burgers and an order of fries. The fries were freshly cooked so I can't t rip them, But the burgers!!! The buns were stale, they each had so much mayonnaise and pickles on them that they slide apart. the meat was cold; they were just gross. unfortunaley, we got our food to go and drove about 3 miles before we stopped and ate. We should have taken it all back. Never ever will I eat at that nasty place again. The health inspector needs to go there and give them code violations. And, management should be fired for allowing the establishment to be run that way!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!
