Sonic Drive-in - West Plains

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster meal.When I got home I discovered that I just had a bacon sandwich .They forgot the cheeseburger.

When asked for a tub of ketchup you get a tiny thing equivalent to about 2 pkts of ketchup. We had a large onion ring and a large tater tot......that's all that can be offered?? MV sonic given you a Styrofoam cup full of ketchup for their tub. Otherwise wp sonic is always fantastic. Quit being stingy with your ketchup!

This is the second time in two weeks I have stopped in at this Sonic chain. Both times I ordered mozzarella sticks and both times I have asked for marinara sauce. Both times they have failed to place the sauce in the bag. Additionally, this trip my significant other ordered a coney chili cheese dog. They also “forgot” to give plasticware so they are unable to eat the food. I realize I should have checked the bag. But I also believe they are a little pricier than most fast food restaurants and should have better attention to detail. I will not be going back to this Sonic for quite some time.
