When we made our selection of food, she helped us find the best food options. When the food came out, all the good decisions were very good, and from the family went full and happy. On our next trip we will definitely come back.
As always it was clean, the server was super gracious, and the food was very fast on our table. We are a family with 5 children under 10, and they treat us with absolute goodness.
The service and the food were fantastic. Just what I would change was the bacon that was cooked longer... But I like my bacon crispy!
Great food. Great service. The waitress was a little quick to push us out of the door.
My friends and I were in West Plains during the storms and flooding on 4/29/17. We had been at the OzCon convention at the civic center when the flood had us evacuating the center. On our way trying to get back to our hotel, we needed to grab some food. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told the kitchen was closed so that the cooks may try to get home. We noticed that the salad bar was still out. We asked if we could possibly eat off the garden bar. The waitresses and waiters were so gracious and told us we were welcome to come in and wait out the storm. The manager was very accommodating and allowed us to eat some food even though they were technically closed. The employees were all super nice and sat with us. We had a great conversation. Half way through our stay, the electricity went out. We were invited to stay as long as needed. As the rain let up for about 10 minutes we decided to brace the storm to get to our hotel. As we were leaving the manager and staff wished us a safe trip. They made 3 very hunger soaked people in costumes feel welcomed. Courtesy and kindness was all we felt during our dining experience. Thank you staff of Ruby Tuesdays West Plains.
