Arriving on a Thursday evening, this place looked out all classes and worthy of a celebration, special event or date night. The tasting menu with "French origins and modern Australian flavors" "with the finest Western Australian ingredients" was fantastic and brought us an amazing food travel, which lived on the website on the website - "Perth's Glamorous Essenverfahrung". The service was excellent because they would expect in a good restaurant restaurant. What a fantastic night and prestigious experience we had in the Opus restaurant.
Finally, a fine food experience, which proved to be good as expected. The ambience was intimate, and the seat assembly meant that every table had their own privacy. The noise level was also pretty good, did not have to talk about other guests. The service was friendly and attentive, as expected in this type of restaurant. That was a good surcharge of free bread with butter. We did not go for the Degustation option and chose a la carte. We had the black Angus Ribeye and the pan fried snapper as a net, renovated scallops as starters and one side of the roasted baby frame. The beef was cooked well and was soft and tender to eat - very satisfied. Loved the light and fresh taste of the scallops - which were served on 2 plates to share what is nice that we did not have to go with a plate. The snapper was also cooked well, but was not as tender as desired, but loved the sweet potato puree. Overall, a good meal was perfect for special occasions.
Out of the ordinary. Tasting for 2 with tuned crying. Simply pending. And Emmanuel's knowledge of the wines was incredible. Some of the best food I've ever had. Bravo!!
It was an incredible dinner that was my steak beautiful and wet and was so easy to cut. The dinner was incredible and visually beautiful. The trout was presented well on a hot rock and went down slightly. (Not the rock) All guests enjoyed the evening.
Had on Thursday evening with my girlfriend a jubilee dinner. The Degustation menu is usually $ 135, but Thursdays it was $ 85. With a Pre-Entre not started in the menu, but was a pleasant surprise. Each course was a delicious experience for both of us, even the sour-tooth bread. The waiters who serve us were professional and polite, and a special mention for the gentleman who treated us at this night - he was the most professional and proven waiter I've ever come and the dinner is really pleasant (he also sees like Vincent Cassel from the ocean 12). Great place, great food, great staff and great ambience. Would recommend to anyone!
