Round Table Pizza - West Pasco

It’s 12noon and there is one cashier with a line of people, no condiments or dressing on the salad bar. Had to be in this area for my next job and glad I got here early enough to at least eat a piece of lettuce. Have to take my pizza on the run I’m afraid so I’m not late for my 1p. Staff working hard to please but just not enough hands unfortunately. ?

Do not eat here. When you order food and they say it will be there at a certain time it will not be. Horrible customer service. Was taking a personal call in the background when I was on the phone trying to find out when my pizza would be arriving. Update: after 90 mins of waiting my pizza showed up only to be the wrong pizza. Come on guys the job is not hard and you make damn good money to do that job!!! 3 hours to receive the correct pizza. Come on and do better Round Table!!!!

So disappointing how downhill this location had become. First impression walking to front door is dirty, gum covered sidewalk, building that desperately needs pressure washed, front door dirty and that’s just before you walk in. Inside wasn’t much cleaner and staff looked miserable. When you go in the dining a sit, just look up. The ceiling tiles are thick with dirt and dust. I don’t think they do anything but surface clean here ?Pizza is still great but will limit ourselves to delivery only. So sad, this place just needs someone to care about it’s maintenance and give this place some love and TLC.

My sons basketball team had a pizza party so I ordered our food in advance and it was supposed to be ready when we got there or very soon after. After about 30 minutes of waiting and a few other families that ordered when they arrived and had already had their food and we still did not, my husband went to check and instead of bringing it to our table like they do and had for everyone (that's the reason they gave us a number) they had boxes it up and just had it sitting on the counter not the end of the world but was a little frustrating. The lady at the counter was nice but got very flustered very quickly as more people arrived. I love round table pizza but wish I had been able to eat it as soon as it was ready instead of it sitting in the box on the counter for over 30 mins.

The world's slowest most expensive pizza. Nothing like waiting over an hour for a single medium pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. Sub-par customer service at the counter as well. Hard to justify those prices with this experience. Not likely to be back.
