End Cut (west Park)

Perfect dinner start to finish. Food was above expectations. Atmosphere inside was great for conversation and love how Chef Jordan visits each table. Never had a bad meal here! Love dining outside when it's nice too!Food: 5/5

I have heard about End Cut several times from different locals since moving to the Hudson Valley about 2 years ago but this was my first time going, and WOW. I honestly think it was one of the most well rounded and delightful meals I've had at a restaurant in a very LONG time. Every single item that arrived at our table from the drinks, appetizers, palate cleansers, entrees, to dessert was absolutely delectable. I personally ordered the Delmonico (16oz boneless ribeye, medium rare), and WOW. Better than most steakhouses I've been to. The service was impeccable, and so wonderfully attentive to our needs. I can't believe this place was right under my nose for two years.A must visit if you're in the area.

Incredible food. It's an hour away from home but worth the drive.Unexpected finds like this are rare. I just happened to be in the area on a late rainy Sunday and had one of the best meals I've experienced in NY.The chef did an amazing job and the staff was wonderful.Food: 5/5

My friend treated me to dinner here to thank me for some pro bono work I did for her church. She 'd been before and I had not, so it was a great surprise to me what an excellent experience it was all around. Granted, we were there on a quiet weeknight, but from the moment we were seated through our ordering, the surprise palate cleanser before our main course (a lovely little scoop of blood orange sorbet), the duck special I had with a lick-the-plate delicious berry/cassis sauce, and then the decadent hazelnut ice cream with hot fudge dessert special, it was a fabulous experience. JJ, our server, was an utter professional – when my eyes lit up hearing about the duck special, he said there was only one serving left but would have them hold it for me until I decided so I wouldn 't miss out if I chose it. Everything on my plate and what I tasted of my friend 's food was absolute yumminess. My only complaint is that the mashed potatoes on my plate were kind of lukewarm, but that was more than made up for by how perfectly cooked and delectable the duck was. Who knew there was such a true fine dining experience just a few miles from home? Now I do...sorry to read some of the less than stellar reviews, but for this first time patron it was an amazing meal all around.

First time dinning here. Food was AMAZING! Goes without saying the steak is the best around however I highly recommend the rack of lamb. Your tastebuds will thank you!We had Appetizers, main dishes and dessert. Each plate was superbly plated and exceptionally delicious!At the end of our meal the chef gives you a little treat. I won’t spoil that surprise you’ll have to go and find out for yourself.Shout out to our server Melissa! Service was exceptional as well. Melissa explain all the dishes to us with mouth watering detail!We will definitely going back.
