Terrible customer service! When I inquired about the manager, the person I spoke to claimed to be the manager. He refused my request for extra ketchup. They didn't have any of the items I asked for—no sodas, no ketchup, and no cup holders.
I've had disappointing experiences at this restaurant lately. I ordered a drink and was the only one in the drive-thru line, yet the service was still slow, and I ended up waiting. My order included cold fries and nuggets, but I only received 8 pieces instead of the full 10, and my drink was only three-quarters full. I had to wait far too long for such a simple order, especially since there was no one ahead of me in the drive-thru. The staff even made me repeat my order four times. I've visited this place multiple times, and there's always an issue or an excessive wait. Both the staff and management seem consistently incompetent.
- Oh, yeah. I order 5 jr cheese burger, pommes and 2 chili. I waited for my order for over 20 minutes. the people came in and left their food behind me. I wanted to ask for my lunch. they wanted to wait. I asked for my money back and even that was a problem. I paid $31 and they wanted to give me $22. the manager shouts at me and said that I have difficulty because I wanted my money back after I was treated terriblely and did not get my food. make you like one and eat somewhere else. these people just want to benefit from them! avoid this place
Horrible service. rude employees. They got my order wrong and got mad when I told them about it. Y’all need to get a whole new team.
