Horrible service. rude employees. They got my order wrong and got mad when I told them about it. Y’all need to get a whole new team.
Took my granddaughter her after her last day of school. She wanted a giant chocolate chip cookie! No wait in line and it generated a great smile?
Go frequently for lunch. Always the same management. I get the wrong order 60-70% of the time. Today after walking in to get my order corrected they gave me back the same exact wrong hamburger. When you've got 30 minutes for lunch wasting 15 on this staff is not worth it. Won't be back.
My boss and I decided to order online for the first time from here. After ordering it said to go to the drive thru and tell them you 're picking up a mobile order. I did so, then went to the window. The employee asked me to park in the front and they 'll bring it out to me. I parked in a designated spot and waited for probably 10 minutes maybe more, then went to go inside. As I walked toward the door another employee came out, I told her I was still waiting for my order for (gave my boss 's name) and she said is it the 4 for 4 combo? I said no and she said wait one second and went back in. After waiting some more while leaning on the back of my car another employee came out with what looked like my order. He asked You waitin ' on something? I told him the name he handed me the order and I left. When I got back to work the burgers were OK, the fries were cold and my ice tea was warm. Never again...
