Tijuana Flats - West Palm Beach

I ordered a salad, and they forgot the dressing, so it was all brown. I brought it with me for my lunch break, but I didn't have time to go back or add any dressing. I tried calling the restaurant, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I received a message saying no one was available to take my call, and then the line disconnected.

This restaurant offers fantastic food at very reasonable prices. The service is incredibly fast and the staff is extremely friendly. The atmosphere is outstanding, with amazing artwork displayed all around. Overall, it's a wonderful place to dine!

We'll definitely visit again when we're back in your town!

The food presentation was as disappointing as the service felt. The server, a heavier-set Caucasian woman, seemed disinterested and clearly wanted to be elsewhere. I ordered my meal and after a long wait, I received my food cold. It seemed like the kitchen staff had spent too much time preparing it. I can’t understand why anyone would serve cold food. The chicken had potential but fell flat, and the rice was undercooked and thick, almost like paste. How does this place have nearly five stars?

We usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but on April 29, 2022, I ordered nachos (without meat) and both my girlfriend and I ended up with severe food poisoning at 3:00 PM. We were bedridden the entire next day and couldn't even keep water down. Since the nachos were the only thing we shared that day, it must have been the cause. I typically enjoy the nachos and taco salad, so I just wanted to share this in case anyone else had a similar experience at that time.
