The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill

Don't ask how I want my steak cooked if you're not going to make it that way. I requested it medium, not well done! When I asked about it, the staff looked at me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Even the food runner questioned, “Isn’t this how medium is supposed to be?” Um, no! I returned my kabob and got another skewer that was cooked exactly the same way. Just look at the picture. Do you see any pink in the center? No, it's just dry, overcooked meat!

The food and customer service at this restaurant are outstanding. It's the only place in the county where I feel comfortable ordering a salad, as they avoid using bagged lettuce that often has a preservative aftertaste. The freshness of the food is always impressive. The pita bread is wonderfully soft and even arrives warm after delivery. The tzatziki is fantastic, the Greek dressing is top-notch, and the steak skewer is excellent. Everything I've ordered here has consistently earned an A+.

Delicious! This is our second time at this restaurant, and each visit has been exceptional. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out quickly and tastes amazing. It's also very affordable. We had a few questions since we're new to the area, and the manager, Shane, was incredibly helpful and informative. We really enjoy eating there and prefer to sit outside—it's just a lovely spot to be in!

I'm not sure whether to say my experience was good or not. When I arrived at 11:17, it was raining, and the staff simply ignored me. They kept glancing my way but didn't acknowledge me until I finally pointed out the time. It was a frustrating situation. To sum it up, I ended up choosing Chipotle instead.

We decided to try this restaurant after being turned away from the overcrowded Bimini Twist, and we were absolutely thrilled with how delicious the food was. Initially, we were a bit hesitant because we were looking for something a little fancier. Although it's a casual spot where you order at the counter, they brought our food to us and regularly checked in to see how we were doing. This experience was definitely a step up from fast food. We were truly impressed by the level of customer service. The only thing that could have made our visit even better would have been the option to serve alcohol or allow us to bring our own.
