Starbucks - West Palm Beach

I just purchased a large coffee. When I took a sip in the car, it was completely cold. Running late so I can't go back. Its early in the morning so only possible explanation is that its yesterday's coffee. Its not right for a $3 cup of coffee.

I ask for milk and sugar they nearly put any milk and taste more black I was really looking for my hot cup coffee but this was not good at all highly upset this one the thing I do enjoy

Decided to try something new and got the Chocolate Cream Cold Brew. It is the best coffee drink I've ever tried! Amazing!

I went to this starbucks and the employees were very sweet but the drinks were made horribly. i looked over my receipt to double check i didn?t order anything wrong and the receipt was correct, the drinks were not. one of the venti drinks i got for my coworker was half full and the rest was filled with cream and no ice.

I visited the drive-thru to grab my usual order. After I received my iced coffee, I noticed it lacked that distinct Starbucks flavor and tasted quite weak. I asked the barista, Rachel, at the drive-thru window if the coffee had been hot when they poured it over the ice. She was incredibly sweet! She immediately offered to make it right and happily prepared a new one that looked and tasted significantly better than the first. I don’t typically go to this location; the Starbucks near my house can be rather rude when you mention an issue with your order. However, Rachel was professional in her demeanor and appearance, and it was clear that she genuinely enjoyed helping me. Her positive energy is infectious, and she is truly an asset to the company.
