Absolutely the worst restaurant I've ever been to! The food was terrible, and they're charging a 30% tip? Seriously?? I suspect they might have paid for some of those glowing reviews because there's no way this place deserves a 5-star rating. And about the chicken Francese—who taught your cook to make that? It’s not even close to what true Francese is supposed to taste like. The pasta was drenched in whatever that sauce was, but it definitely wasn’t Francese. For the sake of your establishment and your customers, please watch a YouTube video on how to properly prepare it. I had no choice but to throw out my entire meal; the only thing I could eat was the pizza, which my wife couldn’t enjoy since she’s vegetarian and received two pepperoni slices. This experience was terrible, and you really need to reconsider your chefs and improve the overall food quality.
