The experience was very disorganized. I had made a reservation and arrived on time, but the host station was chaotic. After a while, a woman finally approached and asked if I had a reservation. I replied that I did and mentioned that there were others ahead of me. She attended to them, but then seemed unsure about where to seat them. After that, she walked past me and didn’t return. I ended up waiting for about ten minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Eventually, we missed our reservation and decided to go see a comedy show next door instead, as we were never seated.

We visited as a family for dinner, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service was quite poor. We had to ask another waitress and eventually the hostess just to get assigned a server. Once we did have a server, we had to repeatedly request that she stay at our table long enough for us to place our food order and to receive our drinks. It took her 12 minutes to bring the check for our adult beverages. The nachos were good on the top layer, but very sparse underneath. The burgers were decent, but we had to remind our server for beverage refills and to check in on us. She was unnoticeable and not very attentive throughout our visit.

I absolutely loved the live bands! Our food selections, the Pork Belly Tacos and Fish and Chips, were both delicious!

We had reservations and took a bit longer to get our table than I would have liked. The table they sat us at was round and it barely fit our party of 7. Service was okay. I liked the live music and that it was mostly my generation.

Loved the live band, our hot pretzels with hot cheese dipping sauce, and our pork belly tacos!
