Checkers - West Palm Beach

I encountered a fantastic young woman at the service counter and I must say, customer service at fast food restaurants is typically lacking. Most employees seem unhappy and can be rude at times. However, I must admit that this young lady was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I hope Checkers takes note of this review and recognizes the amazing employee they have. I always like their food. The only thing I can say about this location is that they have a machine taking the order. I wasn’t prepared for that and it took me a sec to realize but as long as you know what you want it works great. I believe this means they’re automating some of the jobs and is unfortunate as I always like to talk to a live person. But I can understand how this can improve service too.

I have not been enjoying fast food for like the past year. The burgers are getting smaller and the prices have gone up! Plus, the taste has also suffered, except Checkers. Their burgers are full of flavor and their fries are seasoned. Also, their hot fudge tastes the way its supposed to taste... like chocolate. Checkers is the place to go for fast food. There is only seating outside and there is a walk-up window if you don't want to wait in the drive-thru line.

The fries here are really good bomb asl people say checkers nasty it ain’t it’s good honestly people th ink checkers is the worst place to get food and stuff but to me nope…. i love checkered it honestly owns my heart

My first time here this trip and the fries have me HOOKED! They were so good and gone so fast they didn't get pictured this time. I look forward to eating here again, especially to satisfy late night hunger!
