Carvel - West Palm Beach

The customer service was incredible! A large group entered a minute before me. So, I assumed it would take a while before I’ll have an opportunity to place my order. One young lady assisted the family, and another young lady, Tamia, swiftly and courteously asked me how she could help me. I mentioned how I dropped by because I was craving Carvel chocolate crunchies, and would like fudge ice cream and a cone to accompany it. I felt seen and heard because she didn’t skimp on the crunchy toppings, which made me exceptionally happy. Thank you very much for making my day sweeter.

I love Carvel ! Their ice cream products are just so very delicious. I am very very adamant about excellent customer service and Carvel employees definitely has that. My parents used to take my sister and I to carvel when we were children and they really enjoyed it as well.

Consistently good ice cream. Always a line, which indicates that customers like the product. Certainly not coming for the service or atmosphere.

Took my buddy here today, he great up in NY and this was a flash back to his childhood, a soft serve with sprinkles. Sorry for the mess he made on the floor. It was great to see someone smile with memories of being a kid again.

Super nice staff!!!! Place could use a deep cleaning. But the ice cream is GOOD
