Broadway Pizza Subs - West Palm Beach

The pizza at this restaurant used to be excellent but there has been a change in management. Unfortunately, nobody at the restaurant speaks English and the menu is only available in English. Customers must use a translator on their phone to place an order. Furthermore, the ovens were not working well, resulting in one of our pizzas being ruined. Even though we placed an order online, the staff could not read it because it was in English. As a result, they did not start preparing the order until we arrived and translated it for them. After waiting for an hour, we only received half of our order. Despite the food tasting good, we were not satisfied with the overall experience. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant and recommend seeking out an alternative unless you speak Spanish.

The food was so cold. Took 2 1/2 hours to get delivery! Calzone would have been delicious but cold. The Philly steak cold. Mozzarella sticks cold. Called n said on its way at 6:50 2 1/2 miles from us) never got here till 7:30. Too long for delivery. I called 8 times. Guy answered and said out the door. I called again at 6:50 and women answered did not speak English and hung up on me. In the meantime the driver we saw sitting like 500 feet from us. We have explicit instructions that we are parked at the address in a Semi Truck!! We flashed our lites n finally he backed up to deliver ice cold food!! He was very apologetic but this was in no way his fault!! I asked for a receipt and it didn’t have the amount even on it. The food may have been excellent but it was ice cold!! The store itself needs help as they need some customer training for sure!!! Kudos to the delivery guy as he was very nice and apologetic. If they can’t deliver good hot food and timely they shouldn’t be in business!!!

The pizza was delicious, but they were a bit skimpy on the toppings. The service over the phone was decent, not the warmest or most welcoming. They mistakenly made a large pizza instead of the medium I ordered, but they kindly offered it to me at the price of a medium. The pizza was tasty, but I wish there were more toppings.

The pizza at this restaurant is the best in town. When we first moved here a year ago, we struggled to find a decent pizza place. Thankfully, we received a recommendation from some locals and discovered Broadway Pizza. However, I must admit that the business side of things could use some improvement. The phone is often not answered, and when it is, the employees seem confused about taking orders. The pizza is fantastic, but some training for the wait staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve had in south Florida. All ingredients are great quality and the crust is bathed in a tasty garlic butter. We got wings as well which are better than most local wing spots! Delivery was prompt and pricing is super reasonable. Whether you’re looking for an easy dinner night or host a work function or party these guys can do it all. Will go back for sure. Would give more stars if it were possible.
