I had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!

The restaurant has delicious food, better service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

We had made reservations and were promptly seated when we arrived. Both of us decided to order the Jambalaya. The entrée came out piping hot and the portion size was just right. The dish was delicious and the service was excellent.

I wasn’t impressed this visit. The Hostess was not friendly at all, almost like she’s doing you a favor by seating you. We had reservations, yet people same party size) who walked in after us without reservations were seated before us. No apology from the hostess, just attitude. The prime rib dinner, which I frequently get, was a massive piece of fat and sent back. The replacement prime rib was only a little better. Almost seems like they’ve changed suppliers. The Double Pork chop lived up to its reputation. The sliders were very good. The meals did not come out at the same time. This used to be one of my favorite and highly recommended restaurants. However, after tonight’s experience, I am holding off recommending this place until further notice. BJ’s definitely is not off to a good start for 2024.
