Costa Coffee - West Oxfordshire

The restaurant experience was disappointing. The water was pouring in from the air conditioning system, making it uncomfortable. The two white hot chocolates were lukewarm, and the two gingerbread lattes tasted like warm milk. The marshmallows were rock hard, and there was no cream to be found. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I will not be returning.

I randomly stopped by for a hot chocolate drink and ham and cheese toasties. The hot chocolate was disappointing, as it was thin and bland. I would give it a 2 out of 10. The toasties were decent for ham and cheese, but still lacking in flavor. The cutlery that came with the toasties was not very clean, with more fingerprints on them than a CSI convention. Overall, the experience was mediocre.

This was the worst ever breakfast I ended up with food poisoning extremely sick the same day not long after sorry to say won’t be returning the breakfast wrap was a complete disgrace and the coffee was awful

The staff are amazing. This is my favourite Costa. Jola and Yasmine are the best. Always very friendly and helpful.

We came in to order a hot chocolate, but the woman with red hair was extremely rude. She got our order wrong, and when I corrected her, she became even more rude and huffed at us. She then slammed our drinks down on the tray and stared at us.
