Cambria West Orange

Stayed for four nights, the first night we had a questionable sheet and the manager came right the way to change and left us breakfast vouchers. We used it the morning before leaving, had a great service from Chima, very professional. Overall, 4 stars for rooms, 5+ stars for service and 5 stars for location with parking.

$150 deposit upon check in, rude front desk staff, if you call the front desk she puts you immediately through to choice hotels national reservations line instead of doing her job and helping you, will allow others to charge your card at the restaurant/incidentals so take a good look at your itemized bill.

The hotel was very nice and clean however when my friends and I had an issue with the toilet we asked them if they could fix it while we were gone during the day. They said that was possible so when we returned we expected it to be done but it was not. We called them again but they said that the room service people left for the day. Then we asked them when they would be back they said they will check they hung up on us. We were confused as we just wanted someone to fix our bathroom but that was apparently not possible. For the duration of our trip we were forced to use the bathrooms in the front lobby which was quite a hassle.

Stayed at Cambria few weeks ago. Based on the circumstances of my stay (lost of a loved one) I had the pleasure of encountering a beautiful soul. Her name was Kova, she was very kind and very welcoming even though my mood wasn't the best during that time she provided us with exceptional customer service while we were checking in and out. It's also a nice and clean hotel and I will definitely recommend and also book another stay

A very nice hotel, though for that price you'd jolly well hope so. Upstairs neighbours were practicing their marches but this isn't the fault of the hotel.Room was massive, clean and well thought out. Shame that breakfast wasn't included in the price, coffee and a crossaint or something perfunctory?Located on a retail park so not a deal breaker though.
