Lucky Strike West Nyack

Yesterday, definitiw was a day to remember. We hosted a 25-person birthday party and it was truly the best experience anyone could ask for. The food was excellent and the bowling was a lot of fun. Our dedicated team member, Ethan, was exceptional. He was energetic and enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. When we had to order pizza because some of our party members couldn't eat the duck (they should really mention that in the menu), he even refunded us with free cheese pizzas! And when more people arrived, he gave us a free round of bowling! Ethan truly went above and beyond in his service. The venue was clean and well-equipped, although the small arcade was not in service at the time. I highly recommend definitiw not only for individual visits, but also for hosting parties. It is definitely worth every penny. Next time I visit, I'll be sure to wear a shirt that says "I heart Ethan".

This restaurant could improve with some upgrades such as new bowling balls and polished lanes. These changes could make a difference in receiving a 3 or 5 star rating. The food was delicious!

I had a terrible experience at Lucky Strike last week during a family outing. We arrived at 9:20 am and were told there was a two-hour wait. We received a text at 11:00 am that our lane was ready and proceeded to bowl. Unfortunately, our game was cut off abruptly at 12:10 pm with no warning, leaving us confused as we were only on the 6th frame. When we spoke to the manager, Daniel, he offered an additional 10 minutes which was not enough time for us to finish our game due to having 6 bowlers. Despite requesting more time, he insisted they were closing soon. We were never informed of a time limit and had issues with the pins getting stuck and the bowls not returning properly. When I contacted customer service to complain, the Vice President responded with a generic email and did not offer any resolution or apology. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and will be choosing Bowlero in the future. I recommend paying with a credit card when visiting Lucky Strike to have a backup in case of any issues. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at Lucky Strike.

Beautiful bowling alley, but quite full. the seating area has deep couches, but can not really fit more than 3 people. they allowed a group of 7 people, in the street next to us, which gave us no place for social distancing.

Covid precautions are still in effect. This location is in the Palisades mall on the 4th floor. The bowling lanes and other games like billiards and table tennis are well maintained. Our service was prompt and fantastic. Server actually followed us as we moved around to bring drinks and food. Awesome place to hang out.
