Creamery - West Monroe

I visited this location right after the assembly church let out on a Wednesday night and was quite taken aback by how unclean it was. The menu primarily featured just Blue Bell ice cream, and despite the advertisement claiming they offer yogurt, I found none available. I decided to try the coffee ice cream, but honestly, it was nothing special— I could easily find something similar at Walmart. They should really remove the yogurt from their sign and their Google listing.

Always a fun atmosphere and a great place to run into old friends. Love the ice cream, and the prices are great. ????????

I walked in two days ago and after taking a look around, I quickly left. The place was absolutely disgusting! It needs to be closed for at least three days for a thorough cleaning. The floors clearly haven't been mopped in ages, and the booths are held together with duct tape. It's simply not sanitary! Additionally, the prices are too high for what you're getting (based on my previous experiences). This place is just lazy, lazy, lazy!

We ordered 2 1/2 pound burgers and there is NO WAY that they were 1/2 Pound. They were the size of McDonald?s burger. Paid $7.99 each for some small burgers. I think someone is cutting corners to save money. A order of onion rings with about 5 onion ringsand not even ranch to dip them in. The quality of food has definitely went down and that coupled with disgusting inside no wayI?ll be back. It doesn?t cost much at all to clean a place. Have a little pride in your business!

This was my second visit to the West Monroe location, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The waitress was very friendly, and my meal was delicious—Mrs. Shirley definitely knows her way around the kitchen! The gravy was exceptional. I look forward to returning to try the burger. One suggestion: I wish they offered sugar-free or sugar-added ice cream options. Also, it would be helpful if they updated the menu on the wall to remove any items that are no longer available. Overall, I’ll definitely be back!
