I was the only patron with several crew members out front, yet noone acknowledged my existence for a good 15sec. As I was considering to leave, Krystal comes from the back and greets me immediately and takes my order. She was fast and friendly. Give that girl a raise! She is the only reason I gave 4 stars.
Food was delicious. Service was awesome! Definitely going back again!
The manager is root, no people skills, their personnel treat you like if you are asking the food for free and they overcharged, They charge me so much, 1 bowl because everything was on the side ? they charge me $40.56 this is the one on McHenry and Briggsmore at the shopping center.I'm from San Diego and at the Chipotle there, You get treated really nice, food is excellent, so remembering this.I did travel from Tuolumne to Modesto just to regret it ?
This was a real let down. It was way over priced and the food was terrible. The best part was the drink.
Waited until my order was almost complete to inform me they were out of a certain topping. Then an employee, I believe a lead/manager, wanted to be snarky about it. Then some other smart ass employees chimed in. Inform your customers you are out of something before they start their order. Train your staff in customer service.
