Baskin-robbins - West Modesto

I visited on the 31st, expecting to get the 31% discount. It would gave been nice if the cashier had said a something to the effect that I needed to use the app to receive the 31% off of my purchase. I really didn't pay attention to my total until after I paid and sat down. When I questioned the young Lady about the total, I was informed that the owner told her that there would be no price adjustments after paying. Thought that was strange, so I will NOT be going there again. Customer service not a priority.

DO NOT!!!! Buy your cake here because it comes with hair and apparently it depends if the hair is baked into the bread or the ice cream whether the owner gives a ****. I explained I live in Oakdale and work in Modesto and I could not bring the cake back and let it melt in my car and she didn't care. It's not worth $50 to fight over this but I do want people to know I would go somewhere else maybe cold stone to get your cake next time. I can see why they didn't have any customers when I was there.

Most of the time I don't have to wait long but on the weekends I think there are a lot of people just for two employees, good milkshakes.

3 stars is for the ice cream I feel like the employees should at least wipe down the tables after the customer leaves this is freaking nasty looks like pubes on the table smh

If 0 stars was an option I would do it . I ordered i cake for my birthday and put for it to say “twenty-fine” but instead they put “25” and nothing else! Nothing like having your cake ruined : and then when I called to tell them about the mistake, she told me they must’ve read it wrong, but there were no cake cake decorators in anymore so if I brought it in it wouldn’t look as nice when she fixed it and she would call and ask her manager to approve a refund. Then I don’t get a single callback for the rest of the day and just have to deal with my messed up cake up my birthday and then they finally called me back the next day and said the manager didn’t approve the refund and I can still bring it in to get fixed if I want to even though the birthday was yesterday and I told them that numerous times on the phone so now I have to pay full price for a cake they jacked up because they can’t pay attention and read? Love that.
