The staff is now very unfriendly and my recent experience ordering a salad without meat and asking for extra cheese instead (as they had done at other locations) was disappointing. They charged me extra for the cheese in addition to the regular salad price. The new management also eliminated the employee discount for those who work nearby, despite the fact that we ate at Subway every day. It seems like a way to neglect customer care. I doubt I will receive a response from the owner or see any changes in the unfriendly and money-focused behavior of the staff, but I wanted to share my frustration.
I usually enjoy dining at this location because it is always clean with fast and friendly customer service. However, my experience was not as pleasant today due to a female employee who was extremely slow and appeared to be intentionally taking her time while making my subway sandwich. It seemed like she was not interested in her job at all. It took her a long time to wrap the sandwich, which tested my patience and made me frustrated. Luckily, the two young male employees working alongside her were very nice and tried to make up for her mistakes. Despite their efforts, the slow employee ultimately made my visit to the restaurant a negative experience.
My 12 inch sub with only about 7 inches of filling...Bad!!! BAD!! bad!!! DON'T GO HERE!! On 43rd by Target! Would give this place negative 10 if I could...worst Subway I have been to. GO TO COUSINS!!
I had the turkey Italiano sub. It was okay, but I prefered some of the other options.
Male employee suggested I couldn't afford my sandwich and my friends completely disrespectful 0 stars
