Mcdonald's - West Milwaukee

I placed my order through a mobile app and waited for 30 minutes before going inside to pick it up. The drive-thru cleared twice while I was waiting. Unfortunately, when I received my food, it was cold and unappetizing.

I stopped by the restaurant on my way to work today. I ordered a fish fillet meal but was informed that they had no soda, only bottled water. I requested a discount since I did not receive a drink, but the cashier seemed confused. Despite this, I paid because I was in a hurry. When I arrived at the next window, a young woman was there but did not acknowledge me after I greeted her. She handed me my food and turned away without another word. I found this lack of customer service disappointing. Additionally, when I opened my fish fillet sandwich, I discovered that the bun, sides, and box were all smeared with mustard. It seemed like there was no effort put into preparing my meal. This experience is why I dislike going to that location. On a positive note, there was an extra sandwich in the bag that I did not pay for.

This restaurant is awful!! Jamie, the manager, is unhelpful and doesn't listen to constructive feedback. For the past 6 weeks, every order has been wrong, even though I don't order anything custom. The employees seem clueless and unhappy, and the manager is rude and dismissive. Avoid this McDonald's with a broken coffee machine and lazy staff. I'm tired of wasting my time and money on a terrible team, management, and terrible food. Steve Killian is a criminal.

First of all, me and my aquaintence waited for a long time. in the time we were waiting, my friend was reading me the reviews as we are not from around here. we were laughing at the comments people were making and did not believe it. i drop my card in the drive thru as the girl was never on the receiving end. after i get out my my car and pick it up i hand it to the emotionless worker. i pull up and the lady handing me my food does not say a word, in fact she is looking in the opposite direction of me. i was appalled and did NOT say thank you because she did not deserve it. then i open my big mac box, expecting a yummy satisfactory meal. i specifically asked for no pickles and lettuce and it is clearly writen on the label. still on my big mac is lettuce and pickles. i will not be dining at this horrendous establishment again.

Just came back from this place I ordered two adult happy meals I didn?t get the box or the toys the lady just told me oh I forgot to tell you we ran out of toys but I got charged for the adult meal if I bought all this separately it would?ve been a lot cheaper I got ripped off this completely ruined my day no where in the store or in the website says they are out of stock what a waste of money and time since I got charged for both toys and they put my stuff in a paper bag
