Subway - West Milton

The staff was friendly, and the food was tasty, but I have to deduct a star because they ran out of onions.

My recent visits to this particular location have left me feeling conflicted. On one hand, the store is quite clean and well-presented, and the staff generally appear to be polite and well-mannered. On the other hand, the quality of the sandwiches can be extremely inconsistent, suggesting that there might be a lack of pride in their work. I suppose it really depends on the day. While I prefer this Subway over others, their inconsistency has made it difficult for me to continue visiting regularly.

I ordered a toasted sub with avocado to take out, but it didn't come with the avocado. I brought the sandwich and the receipt back to the store to have it replaced with a properly made, fresh toasted sub. A staff member argued with me, insisting that it had been made correctly and refusing to replace it. Since I’m not a fan of cold, soggy sandwiches, I really wanted it exchanged, and after some back and forth, they finally agreed to replace it.

I go here a lot since I am working from home and until lately it has been wonderful. The service is always great and friendly. The dining area is always clean and welcoming. I don't eat bread, so I will get a wrap. My last 3 visits, including today, they have been out of wraps. My trips are during the day, not late at night when I could better understand being out of something. May have to find a new place to get lunch.
