On a Sunday evening, we hosted a dinner for about 40 people from the US Military Academy at West Point. Since it was a large group, we opted for the “Sage Dinner,” which included several courses and offered a choice of chicken, salmon, or steak as the main dishes. Everyone was pleased with their selections, which were complemented by delicious vegetables. For dessert, we enjoyed a lovely layer cake accompanied by coffee and tea. Many of us also ventured to the cozy historic bar, where we found great drinks and friendly bartenders. The table service was exceptional, and the chef, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, truly exceeded our expectations. Everyone agreed it was one of our best events ever.

I loved it before Covid. Now you have to reserve a bar seatmy friend had the scallopit was ok. My burger smelled sour..told a waitress..didn’t take one bite. They charged me anyway. Cutest waitress . Cameo!!!
