Hotel Fauchere - Delmonico Room

Some food items were great; other only so (lummer ravioli.) wine selection was good. the server was unclear. she said it was her first day, but seemed the first day ever. full-time night.

Thanksgiving 2022. I found out that the hotel was bought since I was last there by a consortium in milford pa. what a shame, the service was almost unavailable and it took 15 minutes for the maitre d’, even to realize that we were there. Finally, we were just waiting for a wait 10 minutes for a waiter who seemed more than uninterested throughout the process. ordered a cocktail and the feast menu dinner never came back to ask if we were happy, needed another drink (just let a wine list.) I really look forward to revising this hotel, but honestly, I don't think I'm back and while I can recommend it, the service was terrible.

I can't get enough about the place rave. eating, service, ambiente. that was all.

Eating was very good, but the rosen fragrance pumped into the restaurant was too much and let us eat our escaped in the room.

The food over all was good. Our appetizer of escargot was served luke warm and without bread. Our server did bring us bread when we requested it, and also had the appetizer reheated. It was better, but still not as hot as it should be. Why in the world would they serve dinner in the basement with no windows, when they have a beautiful room upstairs is beyond me!
