Taco Bell - West Mifflin

Lucas and Emma were phenomenal! A great team working together. Baja Blas was extra crunchy and I'm getting back and forth! Thank you for my experience always amazing! Food came out very fast. 10/10

Good staff. Can really say they try more than many Taco Bell locations in the city. Fast orders. No mistakes. Well prepared. Hopefully they can maintain this quality!

They were SUPER BUSY but they ensured that we had everything and there was only a small group of them. They were really nice and thought the door was my little sister, who is in an occupation and crutches. We'll be back.

We came from the state to visit a college for my son. We ordered two beef tea salads. After we came back to our hotel, we realized that our taco salads had no beef, they were overloaded with salad. My bowl was broken in half, making it a bit more difficult to mix it. My husband's bowl was broken. The mexi melt probably had about half of what it should have. We called and talked to the manager Annette, and she offered us a refund. We went back the next day and got a $17 refund. The Taco salads were like seven dollars each. Errors were made, but they fixed them without problems.

Waited 45 mins for a mobile order as they only were filling drive thru orders. Many people were waiting for mobile orders complaining till finally they gave in and started those orders. Got home and was missing part of what we ordered. Never heardback or got refunded after going through the complaint process on the receipt. Requested on there to hear from someone anddidn?t.
