The food arrived hot, delicious, and exactly as we ordered. The 8-piece Signature Chicken Family Meal had a crispy coating, juicy meat, and a perfect amount of spice. The mashed potatoes with gravy were made from fresh potatoes and absolutely scrumptious. The Red Beans and Rice were consistently tasty. The Homestyle Mac and Cheese was cheesy and delightful. The coleslaw was freshly made with just the right amount of dressing—also delicious. The biscuits were hot, fresh, and nearly fluffy on the inside. Overall, it was a fantastic meal!

I was disappointed with my order because half of it was missing, and DoorDash didn’t provide a sufficient credit for the inconvenience. The items that did arrive were not of good quality either.

The tea was stale, and the apple pies tasted old. They had to be baked during lunch service.

I ordered the big chicken Big Sandwich Bundle Family Meal with fries and it was delicious. Sadly, I only received one of the 4 buscuits that were ordered.

The service here is quite sluggish. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it consistently feels slow. However, the food is always fresh and perfectly seasoned. Perhaps they're just being understated in their approach. If they hope to be successful, they’ll need to improve the pace of service, especially during the busy hours between 3:30 and 8 PM. Diners should definitely not be in a hurry during that time.
