Papa Johns Pizza - West Melbourne

Omg, they are excellent! we ordered cheese sticks and 3 subparts that are huge. from this world well tasted!

Placed order for the departure after waiting for about 45 minutes I noticed that the delivery car come and begin to box pizzas without washing his hands. then he noticed that he had a pepporcini from a bowl with barehands and place on a pizza. I immediately canceled the order and went out.

Not sure if it was a bad day for the staff or not. Ordered a pizza around 5:40 PM and wasn’t ready until 7:10 PM. Called the store multiple times and was given a poor attitude with zero regard for customer service.

This establishment needs to get their queueing and prioritization of orders figured out. Placed an order over an hour in advance online for pick up and arrived at the location to be told to wait 20 minutes... had I known this was going to be the case, i should have just ordered it to be filled as soon as possible. What's the point of having orders done in the future if this can't be honored/fulfilled?

Best pizza and best prices .mainly punctual deliveries. I'm 12 years long customer for dad johns.
