Elizabethan Chip Shop - West Lothian

This is a fantastic little fish and chip shop with excellent, friendly staff and speedy delivery.

This is the best chippy/takeaway in West Lothian. The food is always delicious, with perfect taste, portion size, and temperature. The staff are friendly on the phone and delivery is always prompt. You must try their hoagie, it is made just right. Trust me on that!

The fried and garlic sauce at this restaurant is amazing! Their chips are cleverly prepared and my favorite dish I've tried so far.

Kristi Morris is very rude and should be fired. However, everyone else at the restaurant is nice.

I called at 9:40pm to order two pizzas. A friendly girl answered the phone and was ready to take my order when a woman in the background rudely stated, "No, we close in ten minutes." A few points to note: 1) I was only four minutes away, 2) the restaurant closes in 20 minutes, so at that moment they were still open, and finally, 3) their Google page states they close at 10:30pm. It was a disgusting way to be spoken to, not by the girl on the phone, but by the one in the background. I have been a regular customer here and have never experienced such terrible service. I will not be returning. Tonight's service was absolutely terrible.
