Brucefield Farm - West Lothian

I had a wonderful breakfast at this restaurant. The place was very clean and I highly recommend it. The staff was lovely and welcoming, especially Yvonne. We will definitely be returning.

We have dined at Chain Runner carvery many times and found this restaurant to be lacking in comparison. It was a busy Sunday evening when we visited. The quality of the meat was good and it tasted fine. However, we were disappointed in the portion size – only one thin slice each of turkey and ham, with a small extra piece. The turkey was sliced very thin, and we felt the serving size was more suitable for children. The cauliflower was undercooked and very hard, while the roast potatoes were soggy and cold. We noticed that many people were opting for the "full works" option for £15.99, and perhaps that would have been a better choice than the traditional carvery for £11.99. Overall, we left feeling disappointed.

I love stopping by Stonehouse for breakfast. My family and I always appreciate the friendly staff, delicious food, and affordable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner as well. I definitely encourage you to give it a try.

Carvery was good, but dont order the fish and chips!!! The fish was small and either fried 2 long or deep fried in week old oil!!! It was dark and crunchy!!!! There was even a chip, deep fried and clinging to the outside of the fish Two people in our group ordered the fish and both fish were the same... Shame!!! As the carvery was good and the roast potatoes were crispy!!
