Papa Johns - West Lawn

I ordered a pizza that was marked as delivered, but it never arrived. The driver never contacted me. When I called the restaurant, they said I would have to wait another hour for a replacement, despite already waiting an hour. This is the third time this has occurred and they have never offered any compensation for the inconvenience. I will not be ordering from here again and suggest that you avoid this place.

My order was completely messed up and to make matters worse, when I called the supposed management, they hung up on me twice after refusing to fix the order. The manager even used foul language towards me! Can someone from corporate please reach out to me? It's disappointing to see that Papa John's doesn't care about their customers, as evidenced by all these 1-star reviews and no action being taken.

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. I couldn't place an order on the app, so I called the store and was abruptly informed that they were not accepting any more orders because they were too busy. Additionally, the pizza tracker was inaccurate; I arrived when it said my order was ready, but was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. As a result, my other food was left in the car and got cold.

I had to constantly repeat my order numerous of times. When it came down to my card number I had to repeated that 2 times in order for him to get it right. Once he had everything correct he said it didn't take my card and put me on hold. The manageranswered and I asked if I could speak with her instead of the guy. She asked me for my card number I gave it to her and when itcame to the zip code she said I never heard of that zip I told her yeah I just moved here from Kentucky. Now im frustrated andjust told them to cancel the whole order. I told my husband about it he was going to door dash it and something told me to checkthe reviews and I hurried up and told my husband do not order because they have too many bad reviews ????

Do they like? for if they order extra cheese, mushrooms, pfefferoni, salami and wobbles in their papa bowl, I can guarantee them that they have all the wobbles they can eat. other toppings not so much. to be fair, I had much better papa bowls than the ones I got tonight, but holy hanna the wobbles overpowered everything else tonight!
