Women with the head set on tonight 28th September at about 7pm think her name badge said ADA ... shouldn't be on that kind of job if she cant communicate with customers in a correct way... won't be going to that MC Donalds drive thru again I will stick to the Tesco one instead
9 times out of 10 you have to park up when you attend the drive through! Almost every time you order they get it wrong! Concentrate on serving the people in your shop instead of Uber eats drivers!!!!
Usually go through the drive-thru. There is ALWAYS something missing or wrong with the order. Usually have to park up and wait even though I I pre-ordered with the app.
Terrible service. Drive thru. Waiting for a car in front for 20 mins. When we got out the car to see what hold up was the operative serving, Gemma, was terrible just said she was dealing with the customer first no appreciation of the hold up or the 15 or so cars behind them. Cold food. Errors made food to top it off but no way were we going back. No apology from Gemma but the food operative who gave the food did say sorry.
